Ideal when mantrailing in urban areas, towns etc where your unlikely to use your full 10 meters
I have recommended these to my mantrailing group - especially for those with little experience in line handling and that get in a muddle and spend more time focused on the line than the dog.
Can also be used as a training line for recall practice.
I'd always encourage a long line to be attached to a harness and not the collar for safety reasons
