Thank you for ordering from Scentdog!

UK Delivery

Delivery is £4.50 for UK orders under £55, with FREE UK delivery on orders of £55 or more.

Orders are usually sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, although we may use another courier for larger or heavier parcels. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.

Please allow up to 10 working days for despatch. Many orders leave sooner, but some products need to be made or prepared before they can be sent.

Orders are packed here at Scentdog, not sent from a fulfilment warehouse.

If you need something for a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

International Delivery

We ship to selected countries, with delivery costs varying by destination, size and weight.

The international delivery charge shown at checkout is an estimate. Larger, heavier or unusually sized orders may cost more to ship. If this happens, we’ll contact you with the additional cost before despatch. If you don’t wish to proceed, you can cancel the order for a refund.

International orders are normally sent using a tracked service. Please provide a daytime telephone number where requested, as couriers may require one.

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other charges on arrival. These are separate from your Scentdog delivery charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays outside our control.

Reusing Packaging ♻️

Wherever possible, we reuse boxes and packaging materials that are still perfectly good to use. They might not always look brand new, but we’d rather give good packaging another journey than throw it away.

It also helps keep our packaging costs down and our delivery charges reasonable.

So if your Scentdog order arrives in a box that’s clearly had a previous life, don’t worry. We’ve reused it on purpose!
